SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your jewellery will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, unless you are ordering a made to order piece. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) and DHL (International). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase for any urgent delivery requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping is £10 for UK orders, £15 for orders to Europe, and £20 for the rest of the world. All orders above £500 will ship for free.
International orders may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival, and these will vary depending on the country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much these costs will be, and are not responsible for covering them. Should there be a cost, DHL will get in contact with you before your item is delivered.
Made to order pieces will be dispatched within 10-20 working days (2-4 weeks).

To return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase. Your item must be in its original packaging, and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
We do not accept returns on unique, bespoke, made to order, and re-sized
items. Please note that earrings, including earring charms, are also non-
returnable due to hygiene purposes. Sale items are final sale.
In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at
email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving it, along with some photos of the piece.
As a small business, we are regrettably unable to cover return costs at this time. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
If your piece gets damaged and needs to be repaired, or needs to be re-plated,
please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess the damage as well as the options.
